If you are in need of in-person assistance, we also accept walk-ins Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00AM – 4:00PM at our office at 601 S. California Ave. Chicago, IL 60612. Enter on Harrison St and tell the front desk you’re there for MTO. Spanish language walk-in assistance is currently only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
